Older Survivors Publication

Researchers at the University of Central Florida and the University of Texas Medical Branch aimed to improve criminal justice responses to the needs of domestic violence survivors ages 50 and over. Along with community partners and health services in Texas, it includes interviews from staff and survivors. I received a publication credit for designing the visuals of the project, including the cover, interior, and 4 one-page infographics visualizing their findings.

EDUCATIONAL IMAGERY

Modern brushstrokes and iconography characterize the Older Survivors study. I chose to implement graphics that could be universally understood at a glance, such as how accessibility, care and justice are represented, while having the information remain legible. The cover of the report is pictured right and features purple and teal, the official colors of domestic and sexual violence.
