Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm an award-winning graphic designer, branding specialist, and freelancer based in South Florida. I've enjoyed being creative as long as I can remember, when I would design handmade cards with small swatches of fabric, beads and drawings for relatives and friends as a child. I loved bringing texture into the two-dimensional realm, which is where my passion for design began.
Fast forward years later, where I enrolled at the University of Central Florida with a major in graphic design and a minor in mass communication. My roles as lead graphic designer and contributions to designing for the research community have prepared me for my goals as a creative leader in the mental health and criminal justice fields. Providing relatable graphics for help-seeking individuals and educating professionals that research can be visually appealing are my favorite aspects about being a graphic designer.
I enjoy working on the other facets of a brand, including creating slogans, writing copy, and researching the lifestyles of the audience. Lifestyle brands and providing an "experience" are my favorite aspects of the marketing industry. When I'm not designing, you can find me in your local antique mall, watching historical documentaries, or creating 3D interior design commissions using Blender.
